IsDB Delegation begins its mission to Uzbekistan

A mission of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) delegation to Uzbekistan has commenced. The technical mission aims to review implementation progress and results achieved under the Sustainable Rural Development Project and the Integrated Rural Development Project (Phase II), both supported by IsDB financing, and to discuss new prospects for cooperation.

During a meeting with the Joint Projects Implementation Unit under the Ministry of Economy and Finance, participants discussed key project performance indicators, financing arrangements, the importance of effective community engagement, environmental protection, and sustainability considerations. The parties also identified their priority tasks for the upcoming period.
