The Joint Projects Implementation Unit under the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan hereby invites eligible bidders to submit sealed bids for the above works in Khorezm region of the Republic of Uzbekistan under the Sustainable Rural Development Project
(Loan Agreement Number UZB-1023).
The initiator of the project is the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The source of financing is the Islamic Development Bank and the OPEC International Development Fund.

2. Tender bidding will be conducted following the national competitive bidding (NCB) procedures established by the Islamic Bank as outlined in the "Procurement Guidelines for Goods, Works, and Related Services under IsDB Project Financing," published in April 2019. Eligible participants from qualified countries, as defined in the guidelines, may take part. Additionally, please refer to clauses 1.18–1.21, which outline the IsDB’s policy regarding conflict of interest.
3. Interested eligible tender participants may obtain more detailed information from the Joint Projects Implementation Unit under the Ministry of Economy and Finance and review the tender documentation during working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the address below. A complete set of tender documents in Russian can be purchased by interested participants upon submission of a written request to the address below and payment of a non-refundable fee to cover printing and distribution costs. The fee for each set of tender documents per package is 1,250,000 UZS.

Tender proposals must remain valid for 120 days after the opening of the bids and be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a bank guarantee.

Tender proposals must be delivered to the specified address no later than 3:00 PM (Tashkent time) on August 26, 2025, when they will be opened in the presence of participants wishing to attend the process. Late submissions will be rejected.
