2. The Joint Project Implementation Unit under the Ministry of Economy and Finance now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the above works. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures established by the Islamic Bank in the Guidelines for Procurement of Goods, Works and Related Services under IsDB Project Financing published in April 2019 and is open to all bidders from eligible countries as defined in the Guidelines. In addition, attention is drawn to paragraphs 1.18–21 setting out the IsDB's conflict of interest policy.
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain more detailed information from the Joint Project Implementation Unit under the Ministry of Economy and Finance and inspect the bidding documents during business hours from 9.00 to 18.00 at the address below. A complete set of bidding documents in Russian may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application to the address below and payment of a non-refundable fee to cover printing and mailing costs, the amount of which for each set of bidding documents for 1 package is 1,250,000 soums. The method of payment is bank transfer to the account below.
